When does the delivery time begin?
The delivery time begins after the order has been successfully received and payment has been cleared. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or on public holidays.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive the available shipping information at the email address provided during checkout.
What should I do if the delivery address is incorrect?
Email support@luviacosmetics.com as soon as possible and include your order number. A change can only be considered if the order has not yet been processed.
